This newly built Finca in Majorcan style lies alone in the midst of the fields between Santa Eugènia (ca.1 km) and Santa Maria. This 400 square meter, two-level house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with two separated beds, and 3 complete bathrooms. All windows have insulating double glass. The large fire-place in the roomy dining/living room is to be opened also from the kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kitchen accessories, cutlery and cooking utensils. Enjoy stunning views of the mountains from the cozy terraces and the large swimming pool, and relish the beautiful surroundings in all quiet. Because of its central heating, one can use the house all year round. Sa Taujana is an ideal basis for exploring the entire island, since there is a bus stop at approx 100m and a train connection in Santa Maria - and this away from the crowded touristic towns.

On Mallorca there are newly built and all-levels bicycle routes for road bicycles and also for mountain bikes. The nearby Tramuntana mountain range lets you measure yourself against the impressing mountains and enjoy a breath-taking landscape at the same time. For hikers, the Serra de Tramuntana lies at your front door - towards the monastery of Lluch, the Castle of Alaró or the tiny mountain towns of Orient, Moscari, Mancor or Caimari.     After the initial e-mail confirming price and availability, the requested dates will be pre-reserved for 3 days awaiting your decision and/or your flight booking.

  • A 30% non-refundable booking deposit into our bank account is required . After the booking, we send a location map and airport-to-the-villa route description.The remaining balance (70%) is due in cash (Euros) upon arrival at the villa. You will be met at the villa and given the keys and house information.
  • All prices are per week and object. The price includes one week stay with use of the object by up to the maximum given number of occupants (8 persons), towels and linen (changed weekly). water, gas and final cleaning. Property is cleaned between tenants. Costs of pool cleaning and garden care are included in the price. The changeover day is flexible.
    Arrivals after 03:00pm (15:00), Departures until 11:00am (11:00).
    The minimum stay is usually 1 week, specially in the middle and high seasons, but we consider shorter and longer rental periods.
