The wine growing estate Tenuta “ALTAVIA” is situated in the mountains above Dolceacqua and offers stunning panoramic views over the medieval village, the Maritime Alps and the sea. The two natural stone country houses, are a master piece of design, space and vistas. The ultramodern and luxurious furnishings offer you everything to experience truly relaxing holidays. Both houses stand amidst a vineyard and are surrounded by beautifully laid out grounds with integrated, shared swimming pool. Each house has a private terrace to relax and sunbathe on. The spacious living area of each house has a living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, one bedroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the first floor. All rooms are self-contained and have access to the outside. The bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, cleverly separated from the bedroom by a folding screen.

The house on the right has a spacious living area with integrated kitchen and the ground floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a children's stonewall bunk bed. The two self-contained bedrooms on the first floor can be accessed via an outdoor staircase. They each have en-suite bathrooms and offer stunning views over the surroundings.
