Ambassador Park :
Ambassador Park is one of the few residential complexes located directly in the 1st line tot he sea and also has a private sea access.
The entire residential complex is enclosed, the residents can only get into the park with special door/gate openers. Two large parking spaces are located inside the complex, each apartment has one space.
The residential buildings are built in squares, inside them is a beautiful garden with old Mediterranean trees, 2 pools for swimming and a kiddie pool. The water quality is checked regularly.
We place special value on the care of the garden, which is known for its extraordinary, old Mediterranean tree and plant area.
A janitor couple is there day and night and provides for the cleaning of paths, empties the trash daily, gets craftsmen or helps as well.

You will find general house rules that should be followed.
We live in Ambassador Park in a residential complex that is primarily inhabited by Spaniards, Germans and English people. The general Spanish quiet hours must be considered.
In the park you will find enough sun loungers that can be used free of charge. Please only use these if you want to sunbathe and don't place your towels on the loungers early in the morning to reserve them.
An absolute 'no-go' is hanging your towels and laundry over the balcony rails.
Please catch the water from the air conditioners and regularly dispose of ti.
Please make sure that our park remains clean.
There are enough trash cans within the complex.
In front of the complex you will find a large container for trash separation.
Our service:
A list with the most important telephone numbers and addresses and recommendations for restaurants, wineries and shopping facilities can be found on site.
On request, we can provide you with golf bags and tennis rackets for a rental price fee (€ 10.00 per day / € 40.00 per week) and we can book your green fees, training hours and tennis courts.
If you don't want to rent a car, I can organize an airport transfer for you (€ 30.00 per way).
If there are problems or questions, we are there at all times and can help you, since we live in the complex as well.
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday on Majorca and we want you to come again.
