The house is located at a wonderful country estate totally covered with “tapareras” caper bushes, a typical plant of our village, whose harvest was, long time ago, the base of the local economy, peculiar fig trees and carob trees are also present. The country estate is situated in a peaceful area and it is easily accessible, not far from the village of Llubí, in the centre of Mallorca. The coast and beaches are just 15 km away, and the Serra de Tramuntana offers the perfect place to practice trekking, caving, mountaineering etc. The village of Llubí has a population of about 2000 people, a wide range of amenities and services are located within 1,5 km from the house, restaurants, supermarket, chemist, doctor, bank etc. Distances from Llubí : Airport- 43Km. Palma de Mallorca- 40Km. Horse riding- 10Km. Golf course- 16Km.
