Our new Holiday villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral and is complet air-conditioned. The Master Bedroom is with direct acess to the pool area and have a king size bed, a walk in closet, TV, DVD, huge Bathroom with 2 bathroom sinks, shower and a lavatory. 2. bedroom with queen bed and walk in closet. 3. bedroom with 2 twin beds and walk in closet. Both bedrooms have the 2. bathroom with a pool acess, bath, shower and lavatory. The Living area is generous and have enough space for up to 8 people, 52' LCD Flat TV, DVD, cable TV, a big glasfront at the pool. The kitchen is very spacious and have enough appliances. 4 chairs at the counter in the kitchen. further 6 chairs are on the table in the dinning area. In the home office is a desk and a relax lounger, internet WLAN. The Poolarea with heatable Pool and Palms is 64m². There are chaise lounges, a BBQ grill and a further dinning table with 6 relax chairs
