The equipment:: The living room and the larger bedroom have ceiling fans that can be operated by remote control. Hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided. For bookworms, there is a large literary collection, on everything to do with Tenerife. On the roof terrace there are two sun loungers, two deck chairs and a further dining table with four chairs. For romantic evenings, it is possible to adjust the lighting level on the terrace. A parasol provides some shade. There is a small outside kitchen fitted with an electric stove, an electric Teflon grill, a washbasin and a small fridge. The pool is more or less circular, with a diameter of around 9 m and a depth of 1.25m. There is also a small paddling pool for children. The pool is heated and almost constantly at a temperature of 28ºC.

Informations:: For babies, a travel cot and high chair are provided. As a courtesy to future guests, 'Casa Lindamar' is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. In Playa de la Arena the main attraction is the lovely and well-kept sandy beach. Those in the know would say that it is one of the best in Tenerife. It has been awarded the EU Blue Flag for cleanliness and good facilities. The beach is located in a large cove, framed by bizarre rocky cliffs. There are beach showers, sunloungers, bars, small restaurants, a lifeguard service and much more besides. The promenade that runs along the coast begins just above the beach.

The distance:: You really don’t need to hire a car here. Thanks to the central location of the house, you can easily walk everywhere. Beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc., everything is within walking distance. For journeys further afield, Tenerife’s bus service is really quite efficient and the nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away.
