Unique villa for all seasons for single occupancy. Specially romantic during the summer thanks to its sunny and shaded spaces. Shower house (w/c), large pool (12x4.5m). Next to this is a large pergola with a separate pool house with WC, sink, fridge and 'Torro bar'. A private BBQ house with a mosaic suite invites you to grill. The garden is secluded in most areas. The 2500 m² garden looks like a paradise with Mediterranean plants like citrus-orange-nisperos-kaki, banana and almond trees. Different types of palm trees, bushes, cacti, big Christmas stars alternate with ancient olive trees and carob trees. Stone tables and benches invite you to unwind. The entire property is enclosed with walls+gates and all windows/doors can be locked. The nearby highway AP7 runs into a dip and hardly disturbs the tranquillity.

Hiking: In the Sierra Bernia, which is located about 1100 m away from our house, you will find a lot of different hiking options from easy to demanding. The back country provides for a large selection of beautiful hiking paths that you can preferably use during the spring or fall. Well documented guides make the selection easier.

cycling/biking: Just like Majorca, the Costa Blanca is very well known by cycling enthusiasts as a training area. There are a lot of tough inclines for those who like to bicycle and motorcycle.

Mountain/free climbing: Nearby you will find cliffs where a lot of free climbers can try their hobby. For mountain tours, there are a lot of worthwhile options, including guided mountain tours. Please just ask us!

Golf: In a radius of 30 km you will find a lot of 18 holes golf courses. A 9 hole course (Don Cayo) is 2 km away in Altea. Benidorm alone has 3 beautiful, newly created golf courses. Denia and Oliva are worth a short trip for golfers.
