The Residence 'La Madonnina' is a spacious, completely new built house with three comfortable apartments. The house is situated on an extensive and totally calm privat ground in a very green surrounding. The 300 steps to the lovely natural beach on the Ionian coast can easily be done in a few minutes. The three apartments offer all kind of comfort: 1 or 2 bedrooms, each with an own bathroom, living room, modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven, furnished sun terraces. From the roof terrace of the 'Madonnina' you have a beautiful view on the Ionian Sea in front of the house and behind on the huge natural domain of the Count of D'Ayala.

On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees hundreds years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away.
