lovely detached house with private pool for 4 till 5 persons, composed of 1 double bedroom ( plus extra single bed on request), 1 small bedroom with bunkbed, living-dining-romm with kitchen corner, surrounded by a green olive grove and vineyard (over 2.500mq), 9 km from the sea and near the most interesting historical towns of Tuscany: Lucca 20km Pisa 25km, Florence 100km. owner must have access, very occasionally (you can 1 or 2 times a week) to the basement below.
