Newly constructed, very quiet (cul-de-sac), all comforts, situated in a rural area not far from the bottom end of Lake Zurich. Fully equipped open kitchen perfect for self catering. Lounge with satellite TV and free internet access. Large bathroom with a corner bath. Two outside seating areas with gas grill and a wonderful mountain view all the way to Lake Zurich. Long term renters welcome - washing machine and dryer in apartment.

Enjoy the wonderful Swiss mountain views from our quiet holiday home located at 800m above sea level. The apartment is located between Lake Zurich and the Lake Walen right next to a popular hiking or snowshoeing route. The bordering Linth valley as well as Heidiland are great places for hiking, biking and inline skating. Lake Zurich and Lake Wallen offer great spots for swimming, boating, sailing or windsurfing. Switzerlands largest waterpark the Alpamare is only 30 minutes away and Knies childrens zoo in Rapperswil is approx. the same distance. From our apartment you can easily visit other destinations like Liechtenstein (30min), Austria (40min) or Zurich (50min) which each offer a broad range of activities. In the winter season there are several skiing resorts within easy reach.
