In the holiday home (up to 6 people) you will find 3 spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, 2 of which have king size beds and two single beds. Moreover, there are three luxurious bathrooms. The master bathroom is equipped with two walk-in wellness showers, side showers, 2 marble vanities and a whirlpool. A stunning fireplace room with a view of the pool is wonderful for relaxing. The modern built-in kitchen with a bordering breakfast bar is combined with a cosy living room. From the tastefully furnished dining room you can get directly to a stunning loggia in order to take your food and enjoy it in the sunshine. The 35 ft. long heated pool with a spa offers a great view of the lake and the resort. In the pool area you will find comfortable loungers and diverse garden furniture and suites. The villa is located in the heart of the Lely Resort south of Naples. The resort is harmonically added into the 2 public and 1 private championship golf courses that has been distinguished as one of the best golf courses in the USA by Golf Week Magazine. 12 lakes connect the golf courses and the resort to an elegant meadow. Lely Resort was selected as the 'Resort of the year' in Naples. At the same time, it was distinguished as one of the TOP 100 communities in the USA in 2009. In Naples, there are a lot of sophisticated restaurants, cafes, shops and about 30 golf courses. The city is lit at night and is one of the safest cities in the USA. At the end of the main street, 5th Avenue, you will find a wonderful beach with an impressive pier that offers something new every evening with a sunset. Nearby you will find Marco Island with its sand beaches and boat docks. The airports of Miami (2 hours) and Ft. Myers (30 min) can also be reached quickly and safely.

    This vacation home lies directly in the midst of 2 public championship golf courses in Lely Resort. Besides, there are 35 public golf courses in Naples. Golfers would not even have to play on a golf course twice. Directly in the Resort you can play on the 18-hole golf courses 'Mustang' and 'Flamingo'. 'Mustang' is sketched by Lee Trevino, 'Flamingo' by Robert Trend Jones Sr. (4 stars). Wir waren in diesem Jahr für zwei Wochen dort und es war traumhaft. Das Haus ist wundervoll, der Pool unglaublich schön und alles ist so gepflegt und großzügig. Das Haus liegt zudem in einem wundervollen Resort.

Wir haben dreimal Golf gespielt, die Plätze waren herrlich. Die unmittelbare Nähe nach Naples Downtown und zum Meer ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Wir wollten nicht wieder nach HAuse, aber wir kommen wieder!
