Really cosy two-room-apartment, situated in the second and last floor of a residential building without lift. It offers on only 49 m² all the comfort for up to four people. From the generous, 25 m² large and partially covered terrace, the guests will enjoy the free view on the sea and the surroundings. Except the spacious double bed of 180 x 200 size in the sleeping room, two more people can sleep on the comfortable convertible of 160 x 190 in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a direct access to the terrace. The guests have a reserved parking lot at their use. They will also enjoy the common pool from June to middle of October. Beaches, shops and restaurants can be reached without problem by feet in a few minutes. The apartment can be used easily for holydays without car.

The access to the Résidence Agay Plage is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Agay is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
