Tastefully restored and with absolute top equipment. Here you can really unwind. To be alone with yourself or with your best friends. Nice neighbours in a comfortable distance. 10 rooms on about 350 m2 of living space with enough room to dream. In a few rooms you will find 150 year old, very valuable Terrazzo floors in rooms that go up to 3.30 m h. Selected fixtures in the bathrooms, combined with the finest porcelain - modern technology. The kitchen (about 28 m2) is the gem of the Palazzo with an open fireplace and grill and everything you could desire. It is exactly 16 km from the Swiss border in Brissago to the Palazzo Zoe. The view from every room of the Palazzo will stick with you forever - absolutely breathtaking! Here you can really unwind! Every year, popular events take place at the lago Maggiore: for example, the jazz open in Lugano in July or the film festival from Locarno at the beginning of August. One of the most beautiful nature reserves in Italy, the Val Grande (A stunning hiking and walking region), the F1 race track from Monza (1 hour), 15 golf courses (30 minutes to 1 hour), ski regions (1 hour or more), the Mediterranean sea (2.5 hours). And the beach? Only 80 m away!

We charge € 140 for the final cleaning. A security deposit of € 1,000 is required.

Notes: On the ground floor all rooms have direct and level access to the garden through the 2.70 m high doors. If all doors are open during the summer, the house is flooded with light and you are living in the middle of nature. The scents of summer come through all rooms. The property is enclosed and has a wonderful location, about 50 m above the Lago Maggiore - with an unbelievably impressive 180 panorama view (unobstructed). You can see the sunrise in the morning and it remains until late in the evening until it goes down behind the mountains - maximum setup of the property facing the sun - optimal southern slope location! During the winter, there will be enough firewood available for colder nights with nice conversation and a good glass of wine with friends.

Skiing by Lago Maggiore: There are multiple very beautiful ski regions near Palazzo Zoe that can be easily reached by car. The closest ski region is located above Locarno and can be reached in 40 minutes. The ski region at St. bernardino can be reached in a little more than an hour.
