Ground floor: living/dining-room with TV, DVD, sliding doors to terrace. Open-plan, modern kitcgen with fitted cupboards, dish-washer, microwave, door to terrace. Washing machine. 1 bedroom with French bed, sliding door to terrace. Cot and high chair available. Bath with shower. Sep. WC 1st. Floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 French bed (1 with balcony access), 1 with 2 single beds and balcony access. Bathroom with tub. Sep. WC. Sunny garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Garage, electric heating.
