Modern Duplex Apartment ( Ground-floor), recently constructed, situated in a small community of 12 neighbours. Communal swimming pool and children pool. The Apartment is located in second line to the beach, very quiet surroundings. The harbour and centre of Puerto de Pollensa is just a few minutes walk away. Perfect for 5 people. 1 master bedroom with own bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with sofa bed. Shower/bathroom and guest toilete. The living dining room has access to the private terrace, fully furnished overlooking the swimming pool. Further we have Satelite TV, DVD, Air-conditioning, heating. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Oven, fridge, coffee machine etc. Laundry with washing machine, iron board etc.
