Unser urlaubsziel war palma und zwar typisch , autentisch das echte Palma erleben. .Nach 15 Minuten vom flughfen entfernt erreichten wir die ferienwohnung im stadtteil " El Terreno".
Alles was vom Vermieter (sehr nette junge Leute) zum Urlaubsort und zur Wohnung angekündigt war -stimmte. Die Wohnung war sauber ,sehr geschmackvoll
eingerichtet und erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Ansprüche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Besonders genossen haben wir den Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und die Kreuzfahrtschiffe bei einem Glas Rotwein - einfach traumhaft.Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Startpunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Schloß Bellver , den Passeo Maritimo und das Zentrum von Palma sind gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die vielen Restaurants ,Bars und Diskotheken in der Nähe geben viele Möglichkeiten am Abend zu bummeln.
Sehr hilfreich fanden wir die Informationen der Vermieter zu Ausflügen, Wanderungen mit Stadtplänen und Fahrradstrecken.
Die Kombination von Badeurlaub , Kennenlernen der Insel mit der historischen Stadt Palma hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Aussicht, aber sonst ????

"Wir hatten diese Fewo 1 Woche im August gemietet.
Positiv:
Schöne Aussicht
Funktionierende Dusche
Funktionierende Klimaanlage (aber nicht optimal angebracht, keine Wirkung im Schlafzimmer )
Wir hatten leider "ungebetene Einwohner" (Fotos vorh.)
Das "Naturstein-Landhaus" macht einen verwahrlosten Eindruck !
Die Annahme, Auto nicht nötig, ist fatal !
Da absolut kein Parkplatz in dem Viertel verfügbar ist, hätte auch eine nachträgliche Anmietung nichts gebracht.
Das heißt, bei allen Einkäufen , die zur Versorgung nun mal nötig sind,+ Ausflügen zu Fuß bergauf (150 Stufen oder Straßen bergan) oder eben jedesmal per Taxi.
Bei 35 Grad Hitze = absoluter Urlaubskiller !
Der angebliche "Tante-Emma-Laden" um die Ecke war nicht aufzufinden.
Da die Vermieter in der Nachbarwohnung wohnten, empfanden wir
es mehr als unhöflich, daß sich die Vermieter überhaupt nicht meldeten, vorstellten oder Hilfe anboten. Die Wohnung wurde uns von einer Bekannten der Vermieter übergeben.
Wir hatten schon mehrere Ferien-Wohnungen auf Mallorca, aber so enttäuscht sind wir noch nie abgereist.
Fazit: Schöne Aussicht ist nicht alles !!!"
