Holiday flat for 1-4 persons (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, non-smoking), idyllically located in Neustadt. Adjoining is a little park with a duck pond and a playground for small kids. We have a beautiful garden, garden furniture and deck chairs are available. Bakery, grocer’s shop, cross-country ski run, bus stop and various restaurants are nearby. The flat is on the first floor of our house in Neustadt. It is renovated with much love for details and newly furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 living room with a day bed. In the kitchen you can find an electric cooker, a backing oven, a toaster, dishes, cutlery, an electic kettle, a fridge with icebox, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an egg cooker and a radio with CD-player. Dishtowels are available. In the living room there is a TV-set where you can also watch british television (BBC, ITV,..). In the bathroom towels and a hairdryer are at hand.
