Large bathroom with shower and WC. Separate WC. Parking in basement garage with elevator to the apartment. No pets. The elegant new residential building is located in an absolutely quiet side street of Garmisch, in one of the best living areas. The pedestrians zone with shops and restaurants is just a few walking minutes away as do skilift, cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails.
