Finca Can Romero (1500 m²) is situated in the edge of the Sineu town. You can reach the village within a few minutes on foot . The detached house is equipped, bright & friendly and has been restored to the highest standards. The large & fully equipped kitchen including a dining space leaves nothing to be desired. The comfortable living room is fitted with a flat screen TV, German satellite TV & DVD with an additional dining area. The wireless internet connection can be used free of charge. One of the two bedrooms is situated on the ground floor - the other bedroom with the double bed is situated on the first floor. In front of the house the roofed and shady terrace as well as numerous seats in the sun are available for you. The pool area with a surrounding lawn that is secluded by a gate in order to enjoy relaxed outdoor hours. In close proximity you will find additionally public tennis courts as well as the open air poll from Sineu. Enjoy your holidays with all modern conveniences.

Sineu is one of the still very traditional villages in the middle of Mallorca and provides the perfect starting point for numerous holiday activities. The distance to the airport and to Palma is approx. 30 minutes by car; the beach in the north in the bay of Alcudia can be reached within only a 20 minutes drive. In Sineu there is also a train station with the railway line Palma-Manacor. The village itself offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities as well as some historic sights. Every Wednesday the famous big market is taking place, with the farmer’s market and many animals and curiosities. At lot of bars at the squares invite you during day and night to stay, no matter if you like to enjoy a Cafe con Leche or a tasty Copa de Vino!

Additional information about rental rates

  • We charge a one-time fee of 90 Euros for the final cleaning, including the bed linen and towels. During the summer months (June, 15 - September, 15) we charge a lump sum of 10 Euros per day for the air-conditioning. The same applies for the winter months as the air-conditioning can be used for heating. Cot and high chair will be provided cost-free on request. We answer your questions with pleasure and usually immediately.
