The detached Finca Son Rosal is situated on a large property (15.000 sqm), within walking distance to the centrally located village. The large (200 sqm) stone house has been completely renovated & combines a traditional atmosphere with modern equipment & comfort. In the ground floor there is a large living room with flat screen TV & German satellite TV, as well as a completely equipped kitchen including a big dining area. One of the bedrooms as well as one bathroom is also situated on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms and the 2 further bathrooms can be found in the 1st floor. The rich & lovingly designed garden offers a lot of space for relaxation & playing by providing a 3000 m² lawn. On the terrace in front of the house, which is usable during the whole day due to awnings, 2 tables as well as a garden swing invite you to stay. The pool (40 sqm) including 8 sunloungers & exterior shower complete the offerings that make the house the perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday.

The tranquil Lloret de Vistalegre still offers a typical Majorcan village life - far away from mass tourism and in the middle of a marvellous landscape. The old village centre with the beautiful church invites you for an unhurried stroll through the alleys. Numerous bars, cafes and restaurants offer local culinary delights. Within only 5 minutes the neighbouring village Sineu can be reached where you find numerous shops and a train station, as well as a 24-hour hospital. Every Wednesday the big weekly market takes place where you can find everything from handcrafts, to fresh fruit and vegetables. Altogether, the central location is an ideal starting point for excursions to the whole island. Within only 25 minutes you reach the closes beach (Playa de Muro) and in little less than one hour you can visit Palma.

  • One-time final cleaning 120 Euro - of course this includes also the bed linen and towels. A security deposit of 300 Euros is requested upon arrival that will be refunded on departure. Pool and maintenance of the garden are included in the price. On request we provide a cot including linen and high chair for free. During the heating period (October, 15. - April, 15.) we additionally charge 15 Euros/day due to the high additional costs.
