Beautiful view to the 'Wettersteinmassiv'. Separate kitchen with all luxury: dish washer, modern electric stove with baking, micro wave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, toaster etc. Cosy dinette in the hallway. Sleeping room with double bed and cable-TV. Sleeping room with double bed. Bathroom with shower cabin, wash basin and WC, hair dryer. Large hall. Central heating. Cot and high chair are available. Wash machine and dryer. Parking lot at the house, Garage on request. Pets on request. Our house is quietly located on the northern outskirts of Farchant. In 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Beautiful walks up to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, hiking trails, the bike path through 'Loisachtal', rubber dinghy entrance into the 'Loisach', and the cross country track in winter begin in the vicinity.
