Central heating. Cot and high chair are available. Underground parking space. Little pets on request. The house lies quiet and sunny in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Only a few minutes away from the Olympic Ski stadium, and the Eckbauerbahn. A summer toboggan run, hiking trails - and in winter cross country skiing trails are to be reached easily by foot, also the historical center of Partenkirchen in the 'Ludwig' street with its shops and restaurants. City bus stop nearby.
