Villa ‘Miquel' is a luxurious townhouse built in 2006. It is situated in the rural environment of Sineu in the northeast part of Mallorca. Villa Miquel is situated next to villa María Mercé (SIN_127). The town is famous for its Wednesday market. The villa is surrounded by a delightful garden with a grass surface, trees, plants, a large swimming pool and several covered terraces. There is living room with dining area and Satellite TV. There is a large kitchen with breakfast bar and gives direct access to a covered terrace with views towards the pool area. There are four double bedrooms all with their own bathroom. 2 of the bathrooms count with a whirlpool bath. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room. A wonderful villa for families with children. An extra bed for a 9th person can be arranged. For bigger groups the two houses SIN_128 and SIN_127 can rented together as they are situated next to each other.

Sineu and its village are one of the many gems of Mallorca. Centrally to everything you could possibly want from your holidays, the village has a good bus and train link, fantastic bars and restaurants, spacious square with children’s play area and cafes, and the fabulous Wednesday market, with antiques, animals, trinkets and holiday essentials as well as fresh local produce. Plentiful country lanes for those that wish to walk or cycle. At 7km from Inca there's shopping galore as well as the largest market on the island held on a Thursday, Resorts of Pollenca, Alcudia and Can Picafort offering busy nightlife, shopping, go kart tracks, diving, boat rides and waterparks and all offering fantastic beaches. 5 minutes from the house you can jump on a train and go into Palma to visit the cathedral, castle, port or more shopping. Close to the local nature park and the Parc Natural of Mallorca.

    Bedlinen and towels will be provided at no costs. To be able to enjoy your holiday more the pool and the garden will be maintanced and if you stay longer than 7 nights your bed linen and towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned.
