Villa in provencial style from 1978, situated very calm on an app. 3000 m² big ground with forest and panoramic sea view. The villa offers on 160 m² with four bedrooms and two bathrooms enough space for up to eight people. The Masterbedroom lies in the first floor and has his own bath and balcony. Three sleepingrooms, one bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry and the living room with gallery and fire place are situated on the ground floor. The terrace is partially covered and equipped with a barbecue. The guests will enjoy the 4 x 10 m large pool. The can use the garage and a non-covered parking.
