This magnificent luxury villa is set in a quiet location surrounded by two acres of beautiful tropical gardens with stunning mountain views from the pool terrace ,and see views from the roof terrace,the villa is five minutes from the world championship golf course penina and the new morgado course, the villa is close to several resturants and beaches. As a single story construction it is perfect for families with elderly members or toddlers. The spacious villa sleeps 10 in the main house has five bedrooms and a one bedroomed cottage which is self contained. There is a large terrace area for outside dining with gas BBQ and large bar area leading onto the pool, ideal for entertaining or small private functions. The villa has a large lounge of 70m2 which has sat TV, DVD, large fireplace and french windows leading to the pool area, there is a smaller sitting room also with TV DVD, a separate dinning room, kitchen with dinning table which leads to a large outside terrace

The villa is situated on the small development of Monte Judeu Penina the villa is five minutes to the world famous golf course of penina and the new morgado course,about 10km from the fishing village of Alvor, Praia do Vau, Praia da Rocha, and the famous sardine and fish capital of the Algarve Portimao, there are lots of good restaurants and night life within ten minutes drive, the towns are good for shopping with several supermarkets and fish markets. The local beaches are fantastic and accommodate many water sports, boat trips etc.
