This villa is 35 minutes from Orlando Airport. The villa is a two-story beach home with three large bedrooms, a kitchen, a large family room and dining room all with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. All the rooms have very private balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The family room also has a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can either watch a DVD, Video Tape on TV, surf the Net on the home's computer, or sip those wonderful Margaritas while you watch the ships cruise into the port or those wonderful dolphins feeding in the surf. Our 1 beach house is the best beach house for children. Indoor toys and outdoor toys available for every age group and both for boys and girls. Life jackets available for all ages. Wet suits available for all ages, small swimming pools in the backyard available. All size bikes, surfboards, boogie boards available. The entire yard on the beach is lit up at night time and surrounded by a privacy fence for everyone's safety. There is a large lighthouse in the middle of our sandy backyard for the children to play in during the evening hours. Ride our bikes or stroll along the moon-lit beach to some of the best restaurants around.

Teenage Activities

Let your teenagers have the time of their lives in our Rec Rooms. There is a pool table, electronic arcade, a 42' plasma TV, 100's of movies, books and magazines, a pinball machine, a fooseball table, an air hockey table, a driving car arcade, a wrap-around sofa, guitars and banjos, wireless internet. Right outside is a large hot tub just for your family, a large stainless steel grill, a private beach with a hammock hanging between two large palm trees, an outside shower, etc.
