Located in the Maestranza complex close to the Bull Ring. The penthouse apartment is only four years old and beautifully furnished with all the appliances you would expect, air con, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Sky TV , DVD, BBQ. etc. There is a full compliment of bedding and towels. We have three balconies the largest has a wonderful uninterrupted view of the mountains, including La Concha and looks straight over Golf Valley. The beach and harbour at Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk away.There you will find plenty of restaurants, clubs, bars and the odd celebrity! Closer to the apartment there are a great number of excellent restaurant, two very well stocked supermarkets, chemist, banks, cafes and much more. The complex boasts two pools plus a kiddy pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained with well stocked gardens that always look stunning. It is very safe and secure with 24 hour security and can only be accessed by the key holder.

Location: Puerto Banus in Spain

Half way between Malaga and Gibraltar, you can fly into either, then it will take around 45 mins. by car to get to the apartment, buses, taxis are also available or I can arrange collection and drop off. The apartment is a short walk away from Puerto Banus harbour and just off the main Malaga Gibraltar road. Many of the regions golf courses are close by, some even walking distance. The bullring is just down the road and is the location for the well known Saturday market.
