There is a private grassed garden area in front of the house and the swimming pools with sun loungers, BBQ, dining table and chairs. A beautiful quiet unspot 10Km sandy beach bordered by sand dunes is a 5 minute walk away, beach bar and children play area is close by. The TV receives English and German channels. Reserved car parking outside. Golf course 5 minutes walk away and other 3 within a 1 hour drive. The complex consists of tennis courts, pitch&put, club house, spa and beauty salon, boutique, supermarket, tapas bar, Irish Bar, restaurant, bank and hairdresser. A quiet resort for those who wish to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing holiday combined with a variety of sports facilities

The city of Oliva Spain lies just in the north of the Costa Blanca area. It is about 10 km away from Gandia. Oliva has a population of about 20 000 people which is surrounded by large orange tree plantations, Oliva is well known to Spanish tourists in summer, as many people from Madrid have there summer houses and villas around the area. So whilst you might be around the area of Gandia and Oliva, get to see the old downtown part of Oliva. The church of Sant Roc which was a former mosque is well worth a visit. For those of you, who like to play golf, you should have a look at the Oliva nova golf course just 6km south of the city along the coast. The place with a wonderful Oliva hotel and Oliva apartments is just like a resort and one of the best places to retire. Local attractions located within a 15-20 minute drive are the Spanish towns of Denia, Pego, Oliva and Javea.

Great place to be, very relaxing!

We enjoied our second stay at Oliva Nova again. The house is very convenient, everything needed is there. We again had very often, the pool just for us and went swimming at least 3 times a day. The Kids pool is very good to get them trained for swimming.
