This large house is situated on the outskirts of the walled city of Lucca. It has been completely restored and converted into 6 luxury apartments and completed in 2007. It offers maximum comfort with private parking, large garden and play area for children, salt water swimming pool and a barbecue area. Inside the house there are 4 one bedroom apartments ands two with 2 bedrooms. All apartments have a large lounge with a divan bed, a colourful kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom and storage room. All apartments have air conditioning, central heating, microwave, free wifi internet connection and TV.

The house is ideally located for those that want to see Tuscany. It is in a small village in a rural area 4 miles from the walled city of Lucca. At the end of the road is a bus stop where regular buses run every 30 mins to the city centre. Less then a mile away is the motorway exit where you can enter for your visit to Florence 40 mins, Pisa 30 mins, beaches of Versilia 30 mins or Siena which is about an hour drive away. To the north lies the medieval towns and spas of the Alpi Apuane mountains like Bagni di Lucca, Castelnuovo and Barga.
