The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment, one double and one single, with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Total space is about 70 square meters with an impressive balcony. Located on the fourth floor (with lift) of an attractive modern building in the West End of central London. It is ideal for two of three people to stay in. The double bedroom has a standard double bed, a chest of draws, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. In the living room there is cable TV/Radio, Wi Fi broadband, direct dial telephone, sofa, armchair, and dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace is off the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery. The utilities include: washer/dryer; fridge freezer; hob; microwave; oven and grill; dish washer; kettle; toaster; iron and ironing board; and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a white bathroom suite with a good powered shower over the bath. Towels and linen are provided. Please make all enquiries by email.

There are many restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and shops within easy walking distance. The closest Underground stations are Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden.

We stayed at this 2 BR apartment for a about a week. Excellent condition with great amenities. Perfect location-- it was convenient to everything.

The apartment we rented was different from the unit that is pictured but equally nice. It was in the same modern elevator building.

Highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great holiday base

This property was lovely. We were surprised by the fact that there were two double rooms rather than the double/single combination advertised and by the fact that there was an additional en-suite. The living room was a great size and very comfortable and all mod cons were provided. The position was fabulous - we could walk to everything. We couldn't have asked for more.

Convenient, upscale location for business travel

Aria House was very convenient to Holborn tube station, grocery stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to Soho and various theatres and restaurants in Covent Gardent. The apartment was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Wireless internet was available, but we had trouble connecting two out of the seven days we were there. The only other drawback was hot water for showers. For some reason, we had lukewarm showers each time. We told the landlord and he indicated he would look into it immediately. Landlord was VERY helpful and accessible, both by cell phone and email. We would definitely consider staying at Aria House again when visiting London. For the price, it was a bargain.
