Rate Details:
OCT-MAY $2000/week, $8,000/month; $375 per night 4night minimum.
JUNE-SEPT $1800 week , $6,400 month, $350 night
Security deposit $500, due at reservation, refundable after inspection. Cleaning fee: $200, non-refundable. Pet fee: $100, non-refundable. Rental fee and cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 day cancellation notice required. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
