Kitchen and adjacent storeroom are fully equipped and open via an electric shutter onto a terrace which can serve as a dining room in summer. Large lounge and dining room. Full set of garden furniture. House has alarm and air-conditioning. 2 televisions, one is LCD. Garden and pool are regularly maintained. Near motorway and 30km from NICE airport. Several golf courses in the neighbourhood. 1 large garage and several parking spaces.
