This is a newly built, unique villa with a swimming pool, standing in its own orange grove, in a wonderful location, amongst neighbouring fruit farms and vineyards. In a peaceful yet accessible location. Excellent for both active and relaxing breaks, being near to golf courses and beaches. Faro airport is 35 minutes to the East and approximately 35 minutes to the West is Spain. The villa sleeps a maximum of 7 people, consisting of 2 double and one twin room. Fabulous for open plan living, with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning and a spacious comfortable lounge with folding glass doors that open onto the sun-terrace giving plenty of natural sunlight and that indoor outdoor feel. The villa has cable television/DVD with several English speaking channels, both upstairs and down. The private salt-water pool and sun terraces are complete with sun beds & parasols; there is an outdoor toilet & shower, and additional BBQ area, all set within beautiful orange and clementine trees.
