The homes are located across the street from each other with either a lake or a woods view. Each home has 2828 square feet of luxury including two king master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living, family, and dining rooms, a breakfast nook, and 5 bedrooms with either queen or twin beds. Resort amenities include a sand beach, fishing pier, sand volleyball court, tennis court, play ground and club house with exercise equipment.

Your home away from home: Each home has two private master suites with king bed, remote tv, and a large bathroom with seperate tub and shower. The other 5 bedrooms feature queen or twin beds. There is a high chair and cot for baby. Linens provided. The pool and 38 jet on deck spa are screen enclosed. Separate living and family rooms give you room to spread out. The formal dining room seats 10 with seating for six more in the breakfast nook. The furnishings through out the home have been upgraded to assure the ultimate vacation experience.

Your neighborhood: Lake Berkley Resort is a gated community of beautiful homes in an idyllic setting just ten minutes to Disney, and situated close to great shopping, parks and Orlando's world famous attractions. Walking distance to Walmart. The resort amenities will afford you the opportunity to sit back and relax after long hours at the parks.
