Location: La Ciotat in France

Villa situated in a residential district in the hills of the town, 1km from the sea. 7km from ST CYR SUR MER and its Aqualand park, 30km from TOULON and its harbour, 30km from MARSEILLE, 15km from AUBAGNE, home of M PAGNOL, with its ceramics and ornamental figures and 10km from CASSIS, accessible via the road through the peaks with fantastic views over the Mediterranean. At LA CIOTAT you can visit Mugel inlet with its listed botanical park and Figuerolle inlet. The town has a spa, cinema and squash court. You can enjoy walking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing and sea kayaking. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby and pony trekking.

In peak season rental is for a minimum of one week, Saturday to Saturday. Peak season begins mid-June and ends the first week of September. For nights and weekends, off-season is from January to March and October to December, except for New Year. Peak season is from April until the first half of June, September and New Year. During peak season arrival time is from 15:00 and departure at 10:00. For weekends, the timetable is in accordance with an agreement between the two parties.

There is a play area for the children with a slide, swing, spring seesaw and bench, parental supervision required.
