Haute-Nendaz Chalet 3 bedrooms, close to village, last minute
Chalet available from 30 August! Nice Chalet with a balcony in the Quatre Vallees (400 km pistes and 92 lifts), with a fantastic view over the valley. Garden with terrace with BBQ Surface of the chalet is 80 m2. Center of the village and Ice skating at 10 minutes walk. Bus stop at 5 minutes. Haute-nendaz has a lot of different restaurants, pub/disco and 2 supermarkets. Entrance with toilet and cupboard, living room with fireplace and open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven) and dining corner, Sat TV with DVD and audio. Downstairs there are three bedrooms (6 pers), bathroom with bath and toilet. Washing machine/dryer. Garage for one car. The Chalet is one level above the street to be reach by stairs. The situation of the Chalet is peaceful but very central.

Haut- Nendaz lies 1400 meters above see-level in the region a valais, it is the sunniest Kanton from Zwitserland. It is an authentic holiday village with a beautiful view of the Berner Oberland. Haut-Nendaz lies above a nice place called Sion. Sion has a train-station and a little airport. You can reach Haut-Nendaz over a good accessible road (16 km) with car or bus. Nendaz is an ideal holiday centre for the whole family with all the possible sport and amusement-themes (restaurants, dancing, ice-skating, curling, tennis, swimming pool. Haut-Nendaz is child-friendly and has lots accommodations for it. It is the biggest ski area in Switserland and together with Verbier, Thyon 2000 and Veysonnaz it has 100 lifts and 400 km of slopes.
