ESTIVAL is a complex of new holiday houses, situated in the calm area of Cap Salou, outside of the city centre. Each townhouse features 2 floors and a terrace on the rooftop, where you will be able to enjoy the Spanish sun all day. The houses have a spacious living room which leads to a small private garden. This is all surrounded by a well groomed community garden with a splendid swimming pool. The residence also offers an underground car park, were each house has its own parking space.
