The Villa:
The Escape 2 is a beautiful 2 storey 3 bedroom villa, newly built to a high standard. It is set in own spacious private gardens in a very peaceful location in the village of Alsancak with lovely sea and mountain views to the front and rear of the house. The garden benefits from having trees and shrubs with a beautiful carved wood swing. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. En suite shower to master bedroom, family bathroom and down stairs shower. Fully fitted kitchen. Spacious lounge. Satellite TV, Hi-Fi system. Dining area. Feature fire place. Marble staircase.
Booking:
We require a non refundable deposit of £100 per week and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
Car hire:
Clients hiring a car from our recommended car hire company, for one week or more receive free transfer to and from Ercan Airport. The hire car will be waiting at the villa on your arrival. The transfer to and from the airport takes approximately 40 minutes. Clients can also fly to Larnaca, the transfer from Larnaca is £45 each way. This journey takes approximately one & a quarter hours.
