    The property is rented for periods of one week, except during July and August, when the rental period is two weeks, from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
    1. - First contact, to ask for the rental conditions and availability;
    2. - We will send an e-mail stating the rental conditions;
    3. - If you accept these conditions, you can make a provisional booking;
    4. - We will confirm the 10-day provisional booking and send the rental contract by e-mail;
    5. - You must confirm your acceptance of the contract within three days;
    6. - Then, you should send the signed contract by post along with the down payment;
    7. - Then, pay the balance six weeks before the start of the rental period;
    8. - We will acknowledge receipt of the second payment and send you the map and directions to property.
    9. - Finally, you will be asked to confirm the date and time of your arrival.
    10. - We will welcome you to the house.

  • The exterior door in the old wall is now only a window. It provides a little light and fresh air. The window on the door can be opened but not the actual door. The third door (in the hallway) opens into the bathroom, decorated with white tiles and orange flower designs. This bathroom contains a sink, shower bath with a thermostatic mixer tap. The fourth door (also in the hallway) gives access to the second bedroom. A little window lets the sun in onto the double bed and its two bedside tables. A built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. The very old door to the left of the staircase is the entrance to the second corridor, with three doors and a staircase. The first door is for the toilet. The second door is the entrance to the second bathroom, brightly decorated with coloured tiles. This bathroom contains a showerbath, a sink and set of shelves.
