A private home in the Alps. Ez Champlains is a spacious, comfortable, self catering chalet. The view from the balcony and the majority of rooms is the wonderful panorama of open pasture, woods and awesome alpine scenery which looks across to Morzine centre and the Pleney slopes. Although conveniently located close to all central amenities the chalet is in a quiet, peaceful residential area on the sunniest side of the valley. The chalet has a large garden to the front leading to more grounds. A drive at the rear provides access and parking for 2-3 cars. On the ground floor is the entrance via the ski room, a WC, family bathroom, kitchen, dining area, lounges and a bedroom. Access to the terrace is from the dining area, lounge and bedroom. The main lounge is open plan incorporating a dining area, which in turn leads to the kitchen and a smaller lounge. The main lounge has a large stone fireplace and corner style sofa seating. Up stairs are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Keep life simple & get away from it all : All you need for cooking, laundry and cleaning along with utensils and crockery is provided for use by guests. TV, Computers, and similar are not provided.

Linen and cleaning : Guests are required to supply their own base sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels. Bath mats are recommended. All beds have an anti bug and moisture protection mattress cover. On top of the mattress cover is an additional fitted cover sheet. Duvets and pillows are provided. Cleaning equipment is supplied. We hope you find the chalet well presented – clean, tidy and hygienic. We aim to offer our visitors a high standard of accommodation so request that all our guests cooperate fully to help us achieve this. Please make every effort to ensure the chalet is in a well-presented condition when you hand over to the next resident. We ask our guests to accept responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning and a final clean throughout the chalet prior to your leaving.
