La Graciosa holiday house: Volissos

Spiti Limnos, 250 m. from the beach, is built in a 2000 m2 orchid which is watered by a traditional Greek well. It lays on the most natural, unspoilt and wild coast of the island because it is protected from mass tourism. The litlle fishing port of Limnia is at 10 minutes walking distance and the picturesque village of Volissos is at 2 km away. There, you find all the food shops. the villagers live mostly from goat herding and olive collecting.
A special price of 280-350 euros week is made for 2-3 pers. exept in July and August.
A car taht we can provide is highly recommended. Because of its situation (between Orient and Occident) and because of its rich history past, the island of Chios offers to the visitors a big variety of sites to explore : the Byzantine monastery of Nea Moni, the ghost village of Anavatos built by pirates, the middle aged villages such as Pyrgi and Mesta famous from the natural gum called 'mashiha' they produce and unique in the world, the area of Kambos chosen by the Genovians in order to built their villas, the caves of Olympi, the volcani beach of Emborios...
