A superb and very well equipped new chalet, in the traditional stone and wood mountain style. It offers 270m2 of living space, on 3 floors with kitchen area (dishwasher + large refrigerator + freezer + gas stove + oven + microwave); sat-TV; washing machine; tumble-dryer; underfloor heating. There are a main living room (without sleeping facilities) and a second living room with party facilities and original pool billiard in the cave. You’ll find 5 bathes (shower), 6 toilets and a wellness and recreation area (sauna, jacuzzi/spa, massage shower). Our guests get special prices on the ski passes (La Plagne or ParadiSki). There are 6 bedrooms (3 x 2 persons, 3 x 4 pers.); in detail: bedroom 1 (double bed), bedroom 2 (2 single beds); bedroom 3 (2 single beds + bunk bed) ; bedroom 4 (double bed + bunk bed), bedroom 5 under droop (4 single beds); bedroom 6 (through room with bunk bed). 4 bathes (washbasin + shower + toilet) + 1 bath (washbasin + shower) + 2 separate toilets.

Vanoise National Park and Pralognan

Vanoise National Park is -together with the directly connected Park of Gran paradiso/Italy- the widest protected nature area of the Alps. It's a paradise for hikers, climbers and nature observatory. The park entrance house is situated 200 m from the chalet. The neighbour village of Pralognan (12 km) offers a modern sports center with indoor pool, sauna, Olympic ice rink (Curling). In Summer hikers can untertake endless circuits through the park and the neighbour valleys of Peisey, Tignes, Courchevel. You can reach cosy mountain huts 'in the mioddle of nowhere'. In Champagny there is a new outdoor swimming center. In the Val Vanoise valley, river rafting and cayak trips are organized

You find the important cross country Center of Champagny in Champagny-Le Haut (near Chalet Le Haut, no. 16394). There is also a kid's tobagon and a ice climbing spot in Champagny-Le Haut. Connection to Champagny-Centre by bus shuttle (toll) or by car in 5 minutes.

Skiing Information:

Altitude chalet: 1.450 m, ski area up to 3.250 m, with two glaciers. Champagny is part of the enormous ParadiSki area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 140 lifts. Free ski shuttle bus to the lifts. Ski area open approx. 15th of December to 26 april. From Champagny you get in 7 minutes by an express cable car on 2000 m altitude and you reach the glacier section by high speed chair lifts. Great 10 km run from “Roche de Mio” back to the village-resort of Champagny, with 1500 m vertical drop. To Courchevel / ski-area 3 Vallées about 20 minutes by car (1 day in the ParadiSki-skipass included)
