This very modern split level apartment is situated opposite the five star Puente Romano Hotel on the famous 'Golden Mile' of Marbella. It is a very clean, modern and well maintained property which would be ideal for a family or group who want to be close to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and the sandy beaches. The apartment is very well presented throughout and offers all mod-cons (including a flat screen TV in the living area and another in the master bedroom). The en-suite of the master bedroom is huge and boasts a large circular bath with a separate shower cubicle. There are terraces off all the bedrooms. The good sized swimming pool is surrounded by grass in a well maintained communal garden. There is also a secure underground car park.

This light and airy duplex is located just off the 'golden mile' of Marbella, in a well maintained residential area opposite the Puente Romano Hotel and tennis club. The botanical gardens and the magnificent hotel gardens are immediately across the main road outside the complex. There are many pleasant walkways through the gardens down to the beach front which is about 5 minutes walk. The beach has a wide promenade which stretches from Puerto Banus all the way to Marbella Old town. There is plenty going on along the beach front from the numerous beach bars and chiringitos to volley ball and joggers. It is an ideal location for those wishing to be near to Marbella (or Puerto Banus) without wanting to be right in the middle of the town. (thereby avoiding the noise and hustle & bustle). The many shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Both Puerto Banus and Marbella old town are about 20 minutes walk away.

A cot and highchair is available for hire at 50 Euros for the pai. There is an additional 30 Euros late arrival charge for clients arriving after 8pm. The refundable security deposit is payable on a credit card on arrival and will be returned to you within sevn days of your departure providing there is no damage or breakages.

Tourist attractions
Marbella is well located to travel to many places. Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona is also worth a visit for it still remains a very Spanish town with it's many beaches, bars and restaurants. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday for both families and friends who want to be conveniently located.
