Stash your kayaks and windsurfing gear in the lockable storage, and keep the boat in your backyard dock with 2 ft. draft and waterfront seating. Later, you can enjoy an easy run to the sound, or paddle around the neighboring harbor. Step inside and throw the wet towels in the first level laundry, and take a nap in the nearby master bedroom w/TV and slider to the covered deck.
