JUAN LES PINS. Approx. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach via a short cut. Beautiful, luxury villa which sleeps 12. Salt treated pool (11.5x5,5m) which can be heated, with a deck and large terrace. Pond (9.5x4.5m). Sealed access with alarm. Residential site, very peaceful and not overlooked. Enclosed garden (1700m2) planted with trees; 70m2 kitchen and living room with a beautiful marble fireplace and large windows overlooking the 100m2 terrace; 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are in the 25m2 solarium. Air-conditioning in the 1st floor bedrooms. Exterior and interior alarm linked to a tele-surveillance centre. Cable TV channels (62 French and foreign). Private parking and a tiled double garage. 5 min from the beaches and shops. 20 min from the airport. Minimum stay of two weeks.
