Rocha Brava holiday house

I booked the villa for two adults and four children as the details state that the villa sleeps six. IT DOES NOT. In truth the villa sleeps, comfortably, four. There is a double bedded room and a twin bedded room. Also at the villa is a put up bed and a 'cot'. There is no room in the double for either the put up or the cot, realistically there is very little spare room in the twin for either the put up or the cot and there is certainly no space upstairs in the 'living' accommodation for either a put up or cot!

I had e-mailed the owner before departure to confirm bedding arrangements and had been told that there were two twins and a sofa bed. Suffice to say that on our arrival the truth of the matter was that the bedding arrangements were ridiculous and ended up as: one mother and daughter in the double, two boys in the twin, one mother on the sofa (which isn't fit for sleeping on) and one daughter was moved out to stay with friends in another villa who had a spare bed.

Beware if you are a party of six. The details aren't quite as honest as I certainly feel they should be.

As it was the sleeping arrangements weren't acceptable but if we had been six adults they would have been impossible.

That having been said ... if you are a party of four - either two couples or a couple with two children - the villa would be ideal. It was suitably located for all the amenities Rocha Brava has to offer and was pleasantly furnished.
