Lovely house surrounded on 3 sides by terraces full of flowers, half way between downtown Esposende and its beach, 200 m from the beautiful mouth of the Cavado river. Located in the Pinhal da Foz complex with access to the club with pool, tennis courts, billiards, mini football, table tennis, swings, gymnasium, sauna. There are plenty of outdoor patios, one with garden seating and table, another with a tent for outdoor meals from the barbecue. The interior is very comfortable and includes a living room with piano and a big flat screen TV. The 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a lovely suite with private living room, bathroom and large terrace with sun loungers.

Location: Minho & Costa Verde in Portugal

Esposende is a spa with lots of tourists in the heart of Minho, surrounded by lovely beaches such as Ofir, near all main routes, 45 km from Porto airport. 10 minutes from golf club Quinta da Barca, 20 minutes from golf club d'Estela and 30 minutes from golf club Ponte de Lima. The town has 6 hotel complexes, an apartment hotel and "Clube Pinhal da Foz" where this house is located, 2 municipal pools included one which is heated, with a wave machine, 3 museums, a cinema, a library, about 50 restaurants which serve local delicacies, a dozen bars including %?CPacha%?D discotheque. The unique scenery here includes the town and shops, the sea and beaches, the river and river mouth, fields and forests of pine and eucalyptus.
