The beautiful Grand Bellagio enclave at Bay Watch, 15 minutes drive from Clearwater Beach, is a luxury condominium development on Tampa Bay. It is conveniently located between downtown Tampa and Clearwater Beach with easy access to airports (Tampa 30 minutes, St Petersburg 20 minutes). It is 30 minutes from Tampa with Busch Gardens and Adventure water park and 90mins from Orlando's attractions. The development has tennis courts, a large heated swimming pool, private gym and childrens playground. There is also a 1.5 mile lighted waterfront promenade for jogging, strolling, and roller blading. There are 30 + Golf courses locally and also boating, fishing, jet skiing, parascending nearby. The local area has numerous restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance to cater for every taste.

Notes: The condo is brand new and was only built in 2004. It has been newly decorated and and is in immaculate condition. It is a ground floor apartment with garage parking for 1 car so there is plenty of space for bikes etc. There is a disabled parking bay a few metres from the front door of the condo and there are disabled facilities at the swimming pool. The swimming pool is equipped with cabanas for changing, or staying out of the sun. They also have refrigerators and televisions installed.

Ideal Condo for Vacation and Relaxing

If you are looking for a condo with privacy, magnificant views (and a long wide balcony) that has the comfort and luxury surroundings your grandparents would have thought of as heaven, you can't find a finer quality condo than this one.

The rooms are spacious, the beds more welcoming and comforting than seems possible, and the furniture and ceramic tiles, bathrooms and kitchen are all state of the art.

To top it all off, the price is extrememely reasonable. The entire complex is like being in a new, modern Italian villa community. There are scenic adjoining walkways around the entire community. Even though it is a gated community, the gatekeepers and all the personnel in the offices are exceptionally hospital and will make you feel special.

An experience you will never forget.
