If your looking for a place within easy reach of the beach then this town house is ideal, it’s practically on your door step. The house is set over two floors, On the ground floor is a lounge dining room and a conservatory, a kitchen with all mod cons inc dishwasher plus a shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with great views of sea and beach) and a bathroom. the house is fully furnished, has air-conditioning (ground floor only) and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. TV with European satellite system (includes several English speaking channels). The house is located in a pretty residential area with plenty of local shops, fancy restaurants cafes bars supermarkets etc within 10 minute walk. A car is not essential unless you you wish to travel further a field. Two outdoor public swimming pools complexes (see below) within a 5 min walk.

Nearest Airport: Alicante 45 / Murcia at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: La Zenia at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 25 Metres

There are two beaches (Cala Captain and La Zenia) within a 1 to 2 min walk, both with crystal clear waters and EEC Blue Flag awards for cleanliness. La Zeina beach has a great beach bar (Open April to September) and Cala Captain has a children's play ground. local shops, restaurants cafes bars supermarkets etc within 5 - 10 minute walk. Other beaches can be reached by taking a casual stroll along the beautiful promenade path that stretches around the bays between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. Lots of water sports on offer including sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, windsurfing and even fishing. If you like boating, Cabo Roig has its own Yacht Club and Harbour and is in one of the best sailing areas of Spain.

  • Discounts available for long lets. Rental rates include check in / check out plus all utility bills plus welcome pack on arrival. A deposit of £100 or €100.00 is required to confirm booking. As we are based in Spain we accept full payment of rent in euros upon arrival. The original deposit paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned on receipt of keys at check out.
  • There is a standard 50 Euro cleaning / laundry charge payable on arrival at property.
  • Airport transfers can be arrnaged from either Murcia or Alicante airport

Swimming Pools (open Early June to End Sept) : The Two local swimming pools for use with the Townhouse are :

Orihuela Costa Club (see Photo at top): The hotel- Restaurant Orihuela Costa Club is situated in La Zenia sports centre in Playa Orihuela, with its 16,000 m2 it offers you the possibility of enjoying comprehensive facilities, open spaces, terraces, with bar service and attractive gardens, all this is a typical Mediterranean landscape. The Hotel - Restaurant Orihuela Costa Club has a gym of about 120m2, sauna, massage rooms, three tennis courts and squash courts plus two fabulous out door pools. In the restaurant, which offers international cuisine, you will eat the best shellfish, meat and fish, and will be able to choose from a selection of 150 wines which are kept in the cellar. These have been selected by the best wine taster of Cava and Champagne the Orihuela Costa club is about Approx 500 meters from the house. (5 min walk) Entrance fee is 3 euros (paid only if swimming)

Cabo Roig Piscina: The Cabo Roig Piscina is situated to the north of Cala Captain beach and offers a large outdoor pool with children’s slide and diving boards, plus extensive terracing with tables chairs and sun beds. there is a restaurant with bar service. Cabo Roig Piscina is approx 250 meters from the town house (less than 5 min walk).

Holiday in Cabo roig with girlfriend and daughter

The description of the house was very accurate. The two beaches are so near and with little children ideal for playing in the sand and in the water cause it is very shallow.
But also at the other beach ok. for swimming for the adults.
The location is also great for visits to Mar Menor or Guaradamar del Segura. It is between that places and when you like bigger waves you have to go to Dunes de Guaradamar.
It was fanatstic and my daughter (8 years) loved it also.
But it is not so good for the little children.
The property was very clean and well-equipped. We also used the barbecue and eated all times outside (September 2008). The neighbors were nice and some germany like us.
Terry and the custom service was well and the cycle was great.
The arrive and departure was uncomplicated and worked perfect.
I recommended the property for many friends and like i said price and consideration was fantastic for me.
We eated at the indian restaurant in the near. That was great. In that mall are so many other bars (pirate bar) and restaurants.
Very nice to eat and then drink some beer or take drinks with family. The torrevieja aquapark is very nice and we visited Huerto del cura in Elche also like the salinas San piedro at mar menor. But you cant go with children in that salinas.
For that is the mar menor.
The rio safari park is nice for children and adults, too.
That giraffe is the best i ever seen. My daughter feeded and touched her.
All places we visited were great and i recommend that.
When i go again to spain i also will contact Terry.
