This villa of 240 m2 in a closed and raised garden of 1500 m2 is located in a residential district calms of Alhaurin de la torre to 8 kms of the beaches of Torremolinos on Costa del sol and to 12 kms of Malaga. Many golf courses will be at your disposal and in particular Lauro golf with 4 kms.
It has 5 rooms, a kitchen equipped (hotplates vitroceramics, hob, oven,microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), one large living room with a chimney and TV (chains French) and 3 bathrooms with shower and bath-tub. Furniture and decoration are Mexican origin. The household linen and the crockery are provided to you.
You will be able to rest there as if you were in the countryside while benefiting from its private swimming pool, its barbecue and its exposed terrace full southern and covered with a beryllium oxide in the shade of which you will be able to eat or make a good nap.
